Advocacy & Affirmation: Hormone Therapy for Minors at SCOTUS

This event centers on the landmark Supreme Court case U.S. v. Skrmetti, challenging Tennessee’s gender-affirming care ban for trans youth. This case marks the first time an out transgender lawyer will be arguing before the Supreme Court. Our ACLU legal team will explain the case and its potential implications for Idaho.
Following the town hall, Trans Joy Boise and organizers of Idaho’s First Annual Trans March will lead a community affirmation exercise to celebrate the resilience and strength of Idaho’s trans community.
