Volunteer Collaboration for Boise Trans March

We invite you to join the Boise Trans March, ACLU of Idaho, and The Community Center on Saturday, September 7th, from 3pm-6pm for a fun and impactful volunteer event!
Together, we’ll be transforming over 1,000 flowers into a powerful “Como La Flor” art installation for the Trans March on Friday, September 13th. These flowers will become beautiful messages of love and support for trans Idahoans, to be displayed at Boise Pride.
In addition, we’ll be repurposing the 48,000 paper hears used in the ACLU’s earlier protest at the Capitol, creating a moving new art installation. During the event, you’ll also have the opportunity to learn about the ACLU’s trans justice campaign, Freedom to Be.
