Donations are integral to helping us provide a safe, supportive, and fun space to socialize and build community with LGBTQIA+ folks through various groups and events while also providing programs such as our LGBTQIA+ Lending Library, Food Pantry, and Resource Center.
Financial donations can be made through PayPal, by check (made out to The Community Center and mailed to 1088 N Orchard St., Boise, ID 83706), or we can accept cash in person when you visit our facility.
In-kind donations are also helpful. We cannot accept every donation as there is limited storage space in our facility. If you have something to donate that isn’t on the list below, email us at info@tccidaho.org to ask if it’s something we need. Our current needs are:
LGBTQIA+ Lending Library: Amazon Wishlist
- Donated books & videos must be LGBTQIA+.
- We cannot accept duplicates, so please check our library catalog in advance.
Food Pantry: Amazon Wishlist
- Shelf-stable food – e.g. energy bars, jerky, canned goods, packaged nuts, bags of rice, etc. Expiration dates must be at least 3 months from date of drop-off.
- Hygiene and feminine hygiene products – must be unopened; sample sizes preferred.
Miscellaneous
- Local LGBTQIA+ art – please email us in advance at info@tccidaho.org to see if your art will work in our facility.
