Michael Rotchford brings a deep commitment to building inclusive, sustainable community organizations. He is passionate about creating and supporting LGBTQIA+-affirming spaces where all people can thrive.

Drawing on more than a decade leading marketing, communications, and demand generation teams at Healthwise and now WebMD Ignite, along with current service on the board of Building Hope Today, he has honed his ability to set clear goals, align diverse stakeholders, and translate organizational values into strategic priorities. He specializes in bringing structure, strategy, and measurable results to complex, mission-driven work, with over a decade leading marketing and communications teams.

With local roots in the Boise area and experience collaborating across departments, advisory councils, and formal board settings, Michael is committed to listening carefully, synthesizing different viewpoints, and bringing thoughtful contributions that advance The Community Center’s transformative mission. He currently resides in Garden City with his husband and two dogs.
